How to choose the right account:


Disc Space
When choosing an account, the disc space is the total amount of space you are allocated for your account. For example, if you buy a 500 megabyte account, and set-up 3 users, you can allocate them up to 500 megabytes each. It is only when the sum of all the users actual "used space" goes above 500 megabytes that you will be notified via email (We don't block accounts that go over quota, we just make you aware so you can clear some space, or upgrade your account).

Number Of Users
This is the number of user accounts you can create within your package. Each user will have their own username and password which gives them access to their own private filespace. For example if you created two users, "bob" and "tom", they would have their own username/password to upload files into, but couldn't see files in each others folders. The only user that can see into folders created by users is the admin account.

Concurrent Users
As a guideline, the number of concurrent users (the number of FTP users connecting at the same time) is 1/3 of the number of users in your package. However we are pretty flexible with this, so unless you're causing excess load on the system we'll let you get away with more.
