Susan works for an International Brand
Susan needs to pass files back and forth with design agencies and clients all over the world. Image is everything to Susan, so she makes sure her online portal looks perfect. She has one of her design team create a background image for her login page, and a header logo for the file browser interface. A few clicks later and she has a bespoke looking file sharing website. Her clients will be suitably impressed!
Susan has files that she needs to send out for approval from her Boss. She knows her Bosses time is precious so she creates a webshare link to the file and sends this link via email.
Her boss receives the email and simply clicks to view the file. Susan receives notification that the file has been viewed. Her boss is happy with the file and tells Susan to send it to their client. Susan moves the file into her clients space and sits back and enjoys a well deserved drink.
