Email Notifications

Need to know when a file has been uploaded or downloaded? No problem, your control panel allows you to set-up email notifications on a per user basis.

For example you could configure a user to receive notifications only on a upload to a certain space, or downloads across every space. It's flexible and very simple to use.

FTP Compatible

We have developed our web portal to be as friendly and flexible as possible, but if you have a need to use traditional FTP then we are fully compatible. FTP and FTPS protocols are fully supported.

You can connect through off-the-shelf FTP packages, for example Filezilla or Fetch, development tools such as Dreamweaver or bespoke applications like Visual Studio. If it supports FTP we're compatible!

Files uploaded via FTP will appear in your web portal and vice versa, both methods have been designed to work harmoniously.

Brandable Interface

We know how important it is to look 'on-brand', that is why we have built a simple to use way for you to customise your web portal.

You can upload a logo and choose a background colour for this to sit on. We have purposely designed the rest of the interface to be beautifully simple, with no complex set of options for you to wrestle with.

You can also assign your own vanity URL (e.g www.yourdomainname.com) for that extra on-brand experience.

Log Files

If you need to audit activity on your account then we have this covered.

You can view and download comprehensive log files of your account activity. Find out when something happened, who did it, what they did, and where they did it from.

Secure By Design

We take the security of your data very seriously and have built our service from the ground up with this in mind.

We employ military grade encryption to protect your data.

Flexible User Permissions

You are fully in control of what your users can or cannot do.

You have the flexibility to assign permissions per user, granting permission to read and write, only read or only write files.

'Our Private Cloud'

We love the concept of Cloud hosting, but never knowing exactly where your data is being stored just doesn't sit right with us.

We like to be able to 'hug your data', by that we mean knowing exactly which servers contain your data, where the backup lives and the security protecting that data (software and physical).
