At iWeb FTP we hope you don't run into any problems but if you do you can contact us by telephone or email.

When you contact our telephone support you're speaking directly with an accounts person or system administrator - there are no lines of support to get through, no queues and no phone menus. Our phones are answered by people, and not machines.

Our help desk usually respond to tickets within minutes and will work with you to diagnose any problems that you might be experiencing, even if they're not necessarily at our end.

If you have a suggestion for a feature or an improvement to the system, please let us know - we do all of our software development in-house, and pride ourselves on being responsive to customers' needs.

In the event of an outage, our status page and Twitter feed will provide updates.
